Inspiration for helping individuals and making an impact of people’s lives comes from Richard’s father, Sejin Moon who overcame many challenges throughout his life. “Sage” as his friends knew him, was one of those people you could count on as a friend and counselor no matter what the situation was. Richard’s father tirelessly cared for people and enriched the lives of everyone around him. It is this dedication, work ethic and personal attentive care that Richard draws his inspiration from.
